Plain answers to where your data lives, how it's protected, and who else touches it. Last checked 26 September 2026.
Auley runs on Supabase, a hosted database and authentication service. Your account details, AI tool inventory, checker answers, and generated policy text are all stored there, in the EU.
Data is encrypted in transit between your browser and our servers, and encrypted at rest in the database. Access to the database is restricted to Auley, nobody outside Auley can log in and browse your data.
We don't ask for or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, which is certified to the highest level of card industry security (PCI DSS Level 1).
Two companies, and only two. Both are well known, both handle a huge amount of business data every day, and neither gets more from Auley than they need to do their one job.
| Company | What they do | What they see |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Hosts our database and login system | Everything you store in Auley |
| Stripe | Handles payment and billing | Your card details and billing address. Never your AI inventory or policy data |
That's the whole list. We don't use any analytics or advertising trackers, so there's no third company quietly collecting data on the side.
While your subscription is active, your data stays in Auley so you can come back to it any time. If you cancel, we delete your account data within 30 days, and it's purged from backups within 90 days after that. If you want it gone sooner, email us and we'll delete it by hand.
Auley is finishing incorporation as a UK limited company. Full Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Cookie Policy, and Data Processing Agreement are being finalised alongside that and will be linked here shortly. If you need a copy now, for your own compliance records, email us and we'll send the current draft.

hello@auley.appThis page describes how Auley actually operates today. We'll update it if that ever changes, not just once a year for the sake of it.
